Six Grain Silo Stays: Boutique conversions sleeping 4–8 guests each, uniquely designed with Texas themes. Perfect for privacy with character.

Planning a wedding or celebration? Grand Oaks Ranch is a true Hill Country venue - not just a vacation rental with extra space. Events with more than a few guests do require a separate venue fee.

We host up to 100 guests and offer:

- 100 Chivari chairs, tables & wine barrels
- Caterer’s kitchen with fridge & ice
- Optional wedding planning services

OTHER INFO
- Pool heat is available for the main house, upon request, for a $100 per night fee. Please give 24 hours notice so it can be fully heated for you upon arrival. The hot tub is included regardless.
- Because one of the neighboring ranchers keeps their livestock on the property, you may see them coming and going to feed and tend to them during your stay.
- Due to the resident livestock, there can be NO PETS allowed, as we cannot risk any incidents.
- DO NOT interact with the animals. Enjoy their presence, but leave them be, as interaction may affect their future behavior. Thank you.
- No self decorating. We can refer you to someone who will properly install and remove decorations, saving you the trouble.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
