Built between 1848 and 1925, Grand Oaks Ranch is one of the Hill Country's most complete private retreat properties - a historic limestone farmhouse, six luxury silos, resort pools and spas, event barn, and 22 private acres, all minutes from Fredericksburg. ACCOMMODATIONS - UP TO 56 GUESTS:
Main Farmhouse - sleeps up to 16 across five bedrooms and three baths. A spacious, historic-inspired ranch house with full kitchen, multiple gathering areas, private pool and spa, and fire pit. The farmhouse has its own dedicated outdoor spaces and amenities, offering complete privacy for its guests.

Six Luxury Silos - each uniquely designed in Hill Country style, sleeping 4–8 guests per silo across a range of configurations. Two couples and small group silos (up to 4), two mid-size silos (up to 8), and two large silos (up to 8). Silo guests enjoy their own resort-style community space - a pool with sun shelf and waterfall, fire pit gathering area with swing benches, and a nature playground.

Each silo is thoughtfully designed to maximize both comfort and capacity, with dedicated bedrooms, Murphy beds, and in the four larger silos, queen sleeper sofas, sleeping 4 to 8 guests per suite without sacrificing the boutique finish that defines the Grand Oaks experience.

The event barn also includes a queen sleeper sofa, increasing the total accommodations to 58 guests for groups that need maximum capacity.

FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS:
Grand Oaks Ranch is a true Hill Country venue with a barn, ceremony spots, caterer's kitchen, 100 Chiavari chairs, tables, and wine barrels included. Events with outside guests beyond your staying party require a separate venue fee. Please message us before booking so we can confirm availability and provide complete event pricing.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:
Pool heat for the farmhouse pool is available on request for $100 per night. Please give 24 hours notice for full heating on arrival. The hot tub is always included.
Décor installation and removal is handled by our preferred vendor partners. Ask us for referrals. This ensures everything is properly installed and removed without any stress on your end.
Due to resident livestock on the property, no pets are permitted. Please enjoy the animals from a respectful distance and do not interact with them directly.
Your group receives a private entry code before arrival and has full exclusive access to all booked spaces for the duration of your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
