Post Oak is a two-story grain silo at Grand Oaks Ranch, a private 22-acre property outside Fredericksburg, Texas. It's the largest silo in the collection alongside Live Oak - built for the reunion, the milestone birthday, the weekend where everyone finally gets in one place. If a silo can feel grand, this one does.

First floor. Walk in and the scale registers right away - a large open space for everyone and a view all the way to the metal silo ceiling. The fully appointed kitchen is built to host. French doors open to your private outdoor space where you can hang on the patio or hop into the hot tub. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower in warm natural stone, a king Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Upstairs. Two bedrooms, each with a king bed and windows with Hill Country views. Warm cream-to-camel plaster on the walls, copper sconces by the bed. The second floor has a full bathroom with a deep freestanding soaking tub, copper fixtures. It's the room that makes someone say this is where I want to spend my anniversary.

Outside. Beyond your own private patio and hot tub, Post Oak is part of a group of six silos surrounding a shared gathering area centered by a large fire pit - the kind of place where friends and family, old and new, toast marshmallows, tell stories, and enjoy each other's company late into the night.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
