Mesquite Silo is the boldest of the six silos at Grand Oaks Ranch - a moody, richly styled retreat designed for slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying time together in the Texas Hill Country.

Step inside to an open first floor with darker, cozy finishes, a comfortable living area, full kitchen, dining space, bathroom with shower, a king Murphy bed, and queen sleeper sofa that makes the main level both beautiful and flexible. Upstairs, two private king bedrooms offer restful places to retreat, along with a bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and shower.

French doors open to your private patio and hot tub, facing the center of the silo village, an inviting oval of gathering areas anchored by a large fire pit. It’s the kind of place where coffee lingers into late morning, evenings stretch a little longer, and friends and family naturally settle in around the fire.

At the end of the silo area, enjoy the shared resort-style pool with a sun shelf on one end and a waterfall on the other. The property also includes a nature playground built for kids of all ages, peaceful open space, and the simple charm of ranch life, including livestock, wide skies, fresh air, and a setting that makes it easy to unplug.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
